To Sir With Love

And to Miss as well!

Being holiday time just now, I started thinking about the next break we get - Christmas.  As well as considering my Christmas shopping lists, I started reminiscing about some of the presents I have received from the children over the years.

I thought it might be fun for us to list the 3 best presents and 3 worst presents we have ever received from our pupils. I will start us off:

Top 3:

1. An oil painting by one of my Year 1 children.  It was of a sky and in the clouds he had written 'i love you Miss'.  It is hanging on my wall to this day!

2. A photo-montage of all the children in the class and myself. (Like those old Benneton posters)

3. A diamond and sapphire ring - the real thing!

Worst 3:

1. A cake - with a boiled egg in the middle!!!

2. A bright yellow shirt with multi-coloured elephants printed all over it.

3. A box of chocolates with several missing and a a few teeth marks in some of the rest!

What about you?

Deb

PS. This is obviously nothing to do with the gorgeous Sidney Portier's film, so sorry if I have disappointed you!

3) Pens / Pencils

and my least useful:

1) Wine / Beer - I don't drink
2) Ornaments - what I'm I going to do with them?
3) Chocolates - are they just trying to make me fat!
