After 4 years I have finally decided to call an end to this site. Due to family commitments (1 two year old and another one on the way in September) and work commitments I just don't have the time to keep this site up to date.
So this is the end - the last post! - Almost 4 years since the first random post
Many thanks to all those that contributed and emailed me with comments and suggestions.

Sorry to hear that you're no longer going to be running your excellent blog... it's been a useful way for me to keep up with education news.
However, with a two-year old myself, I know all about juggling family and work commitments and can't manage to update my own blogs!

Thanks for all the posts Andrew and letting me make some posts too! I know that juggling home and work can be unbelievably difficult at times. Those of us who update school websites will understand all too well the pressures that this brings, so I wish you all the best with both your children and the job!

Came back to the Blog tonight after more than two year's absence to find that Andrew had posted his last! I am amazed that you have managed to keep it going for 4 years, Andrew - it must have been such a drain on your time. I am sure this won't really be the last, so I just going to say, 'Au revoir!'
